A New Chapter in our 20-Year Journey
Dear Friends and Partners,
For over 20 years, our family has had one heartbeat: Ending Bible Poverty. Whether we were distributing Bibles in Thai villages, developing Bible apps, or teaching in classrooms across the world, the goal has always been the same—facilitating a life-changing encounter between people and the God of the Bible through His WORD.
Today, we are writing to share a significant growth in how God is calling us to lead within His mission.
A Divine Appointment
Recently, I was invited by Markus Steffan, the President of the University of the Nations (UofN), to step into a new role: Dean of the College of Bible Engagement (BLE). As we prayed into this, God showed us how the last two decades—the multicultural/international ministry, the pioneering of new schools/courses, and even the recent Masters studies—were all "on-the-job training" for this exact moment.
What does a "Missionary Dean" do?
The same as before, only multiplied!
In the UofN, we don't just "teach" from textbooks; we "do" first, then we lead. My role hasn't moved me away from the front lines; it has moved me into a position to multiply the front-liners.
From Classroom to Global Pathway: Instead of teaching 10-50 students at a time, I am now coaching leaders and training the trainers. We are building a reliable pathway so that every student who enters the UofN—no matter their nation—has a clear, stable road to know God through intentional Bible engagement.
A Heart for God, Not Just Knowledge: Just recently, I shared with a group of global course leaders that the pinnacle of Bible study isn't "information," but knowing the God of the Bible. Seeing these leaders move into a time of deep repentance and prayer for the nations confirmed that this is where God wants my influence focused.

This isn't just my journey; it’s a family calling. Cy is an integral part of the College Builders Team, helping architect the college’s foundation, and Elias continues to thrive, meeting people from dozens of nations every year as we travel and serve.

As many of you know, the UofN operates differently than traditional universities. We still do not receive a salary. We are all full-time missionaries supported entirely by the generosity of people like you.
This model allows us to offer world-class missionary training at a fraction of the cost, but it means we rely on your partnership to keep us multiplying missionaries among the nations.
